Note that Pure Water 2Go Canada follows the return policy as laid out by Sirrahco Inc., Pure Water 2GO corporate office in the U.S. as described below:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Pure Water 2GO sells consumable food products in accordance with FDA, EPA, WQA, and NSF standards. In accordance with these standards, Pure Water 2GO, Sirrahco, Inc. does not accept refunds, requests for modifications, or returns for credit or refund. All sales are final. Pure Water 2GO strives to provide quality products, reliable service, and fast delivery. All products come with a 30 day manufacturer warranty to be free from defects in material or workmanship. Please contact us for a replacement within 30 days if the item you receive is defective or if we have made an error in filling your order.
